市場動盪 美國抵押貸款利率升至20年高位
利率自 2001 年以來首次超過 7%
長期抵押貸款利率20年來首次突破7%，進一步降溫房地產市場。
抵押銀行家協會周三報告稱，截至 10 月 21 日當週，30 年期固定住房貸款的合同利率上漲 22 個基點至 7.16%，為 2001 年以來的最高水平。抵押貸款利率第 10 次上漲，顯著降低了需求.
根據 MBA 的數據，整體抵押貸款申請量每週下降 1.7%。再融資申請比前一周增長 0.1%，而購買申請下降 2%，為 2015 年以來的最低速度。
