通貨膨脹、更高的抵押貸款利率使美國負擔得起的住房更加難以捉摸!
惠譽國際評級在一份新報告中表示，通貨膨脹和美國出現溫和衰退的可能性越來越大，將加劇 2023 年美國經濟適用房已經明顯感受到的供應短缺壓力。
高級主管卡倫菲茨杰拉德表示，歷史上住房供應量和房屋所有權的低位對許多低收入家庭來說更加遙不可及。菲茨杰拉德說：“租賃單元的競爭加劇，這加速了租金增長。” “這些因素加劇了低收入家庭的住房成本負擔，進一步擴大了負擔能力差距。”
