1. 虛擬貨幣的交易所FTX申請破產，原本價值$320億美元的公司迅速變得一文不值，造成虛擬貨幣價格快速下跌，整體虛擬貨幣市值由$3兆美元跌至$9000億美元，下跌70%。
- FTX在業界十分知名，今年一月募資時吸引到軟銀Vision Fund、淡馬錫等知名投資人，當時估值為$320億美元。FTX也在之前許多其他虛擬貨幣出事的時候，提供資金、扮演救市的角色。另外，包括籃球明星Stephen Curry以及美式足球的明星四分衛Tom Brady都曾幫FTX宣傳。
- 但在最近幾個星期，首先市場傳出消息，FTX需要資金挹注以支應客戶提領的需求。另一家知名的虛擬貨幣交易所Binance原本宣布有意願投資，但是在檢視相關文件後發現客戶資金有不正確運用的情形拒絕投資。新聞提出FTX保管了客戶$160億美金的資金，但其中$100億是借給關係企業交易之用。這樣的消息讓客戶、投資人更失去信心，最後FTX宣布破產，創辦人辭去CEO的職位。許多知名的虛擬貨幣公司受到影響，宣布暫時禁止客戶提領資金、暫停營運、甚至即將宣告破產。
- 受影響的其他虛擬貨幣公司中最引人注目的是Genesis，因為與Genesis同屬同一集團的Grayscale Investments，目前管理全球最大的虛擬貨幣基金，散戶、共同基金、或是知名的基金經理人Cathie Wood都透過Grayscale參與虛擬貨幣市場。如果Grayscale也受到影響的話，會帶來更深遠的影響。
- 除了對現在虛擬貨幣市場的衝擊外，FTX破產的另一個影響是有可能大幅推遲機構投資人進入虛擬貨幣市場的時間表。由於虛擬貨幣許多部分未受規範，機構投資人只能靠投資規模大、比較值得信賴的公司以避免出事對自己名譽的傷害。但即使連執市場牛耳的FTX都會破產，代表任何事情都可能發生，機構投資人在未來投資時勢必更加謹慎，對原本期待機構投資人進場、快速帶入大量資金的虛擬貨幣參與者來說是個壞消息。
- 資料顯示目前只有在2017年以前投資虛擬貨幣的投資人在目前的價位上是賺錢的，許多人可能在過去兩年中看到虛擬貨幣大漲再加上媒體報導就盲目地投資。我們建議觀眾朋友在進行任何投資前，先對投資工具進行充分的了解。在投資時也要分散風險、避免過度集中，以免得不償失。
2. 在市場「再次」因為預期聯準會將放緩升息腳步而上漲後，數名聯準會官員也「再次」以鷹派發言企圖控制市場的預期，至少有兩名聯準會官員表示聯準會的最終目標利率將超過目前市場預期的上限5%。
- 今年市場已經多次預期聯準會將暫緩升息，但次次空手而回。我們依然建議不要依據聯準會的政策作為投資的依據，不然至少等聯準會實際改變政策後再行動。
