【市場更新】
1.股市本週止跌上漲。市場相關消息方面則是好壞參半:
- 部分公司本週公布的營運結果或未來展望不甚理想，例如Snap認為經濟狀況快速惡化，預期企業將縮減網路廣告開支，故調降下一季度的營運展望，並凍結人事，股價在該消息公布後隔天當日下跌43%。市場密切關注廣告收入下滑是該公司獨有的現象，還是將普遍影響包括Facebok、Twitter、Pinterest在內的網路平台。Nvidia週四公布營收再創新高，但所公布未來營收展望不如市場預期，除盤後股價下跌6%外，另再次引發市場對科技業前景的質疑。
- 在總體經濟方面，四月新屋銷售較三月減少16.6%，是2013年以來最大的單月跌幅並且是連續四個月下跌。美國建商協會首席經濟學家Robert Dietz認為這是經濟衰退的警訊。
- 投資人則是將聯邦公開市場委員會公布的上月會議記錄重點放在聯準會升息政策有「彈性」，顯示如果通貨膨脹能受控制，聯準會可能放緩升息速度。
- 五月至今為止已有1,100名企業高管買回自己公司的股票，是2020年三月以來首次內部人買入人數超過內部人賣出。
- 對市場我們並沒有過度悲觀，這週開啟的反彈可能即將終止，如果之後的回測沒有跌破五月的低點，預期將有可操作的中期反彈。
2.歐洲中央銀行總裁Largade宣布負利率政策預計於九月中終止。歐盟中止寬鬆貨幣政策有助於縮小與美國貨幣政策的差距，有助於歐元回升。
3.美國在5/25後不再豁免俄羅斯對美國債券投資人的付款，俄羅斯表示將以盧布支付利息，極有可能被視為違約。如發生違約，將是1917年俄國革命以來首次俄羅斯對外債違約，1990年代俄羅斯內債曾在亞洲金融風暴時違約，但在國際援助下解除危機。
【疫情更新】
中國北京新增確診數增加，但上海疫情趨緩。美國每日確診人數較之前增加，部分城市、學區恢復戴口罩的要求。
