【市場更新】
1. 中國持續對科技業的加強管制，對全球金融市場產生衝擊。微信被中國政府要求暫時停止新用戶註冊，以確保該程式符合相關法令規範。中國教育類股則在消息傳出未來中國政府將禁止此類補習機構上市後暴跌。在香港上市的美團在政府宣布將確保送貨員能符合最低薪資的新聞公布後，週二單日下跌18%。美國的Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index追蹤98檔在美上市的中國公司股票，週一、周二兩天合計下跌12%。為因應中國政府對上市企業的一連串動作，美國證管會官員表示在美上市企業應該揭露政府干預的風險，並暫停處理中國公司在美IPO的註冊。去年的明星基金經理人Cathie Wood也開始出脫部分中國公司股份。
- 部分評論認為中國政府除了加強管制科技公司外，也希望藉此機會打擊上市公司的海外投資人，但之後即有消息傳出中國官員私下向跨國金融機構表示未來政府的管制措施會將對市場的衝擊列入考量。
- 科技業一向是中國金融市場的一大亮點，其快速成長長期以來受到國內外投資人的青睞。但一連串的事件也暴露了投資在單一產業、單一國家的風險，特別是在法令不確定的環境下，除非掌握內線消息，否則任何突如其來的法令規範變動都會對產業基本面產生重大影響。我們認為體質佳的中國科技股前景依然看好，但應該以全球金融資產的角度進行資產配置，避免過度集中於單一產業或國家。
2. 本週許多受注目的股票公布的上季營運結果不俗，但對未來的展望並未符合投資人之前的極度樂觀預期，對股價並沒有太大的激勵作用。以Tesla為例，Tesla週一盤後發布了有史以來最佳的營運結果，營業利益首次超過$10億美元，但週二股價不漲反跌，其中一部分原因正是期望越高，失望越大。
3. 在部分共和黨參議員支持下，參議院初步通過將討論$1兆美元的基礎建設法案，係一重大進展。
【疫情更新】
為因應快速增加的確診病例，美國疾病管制與預防中心重新建議在傳染率高的地區，不論個人是否已施打疫苗都應該戴口罩。
【救市措施】
白宮希望國會延長對無法按期繳納房租的房客保護，該禁止驅逐房客的保護規定預期將於週六失效。
